ICRODSC brings together researchers from different disciplinary backgrounds to develop and apply discourse methods to the study of organisations.
Since it was founded in 2001, ICRODSC's network of researchers worldwide has won millions of dollars in research grants, undertaken groundbreaking studies into many facets of the discipline and organised and participated in workshops, seminars and conferences across the world.
ICRODSC members have also collaborated to produce special issues of a variety of leading publications.
